Don soon discovered his love for the City of Chicago in high school while volunteering with an organization called, Aspira -a non-for-profit that’s mission is, the advancement of Latinos through education.
Don's involvement in the Latino community awarded him many accolades and scholarships to put himself through DePaul University.
Upon graduation from high school, Don moved to the city of Chicago and purchased his first property at the age of 20 in Logan Square. Don has 24 years of experience as an entrepreneur and 18 years of that in the real estate profession.
Don has a vast amount of experience in leasing, property management (rentals & condos), sales (buyers & sellers), and development (gut rehabs).
Don has a passion for real estate and continues to be involved in the community he serves.
